What exactly is a marketplace?

The marketplace is the centralized showcase for your public items like public courses, public classes, publicly available tutors who want to teach online on request. The items shown here are globally indexed in search engines. So that your users can find those through search engines like google.

What are the rooms and attendees in each plan?

Rooms and attendees are related to your online virtual classroom. Rooms actually represent how many classes you can take at the same time. For example 5 Rooms and 10 attendees you have- 5 Rooms means - at the same time your 5 instructors can take online classes. The 6th instructor will not be allowed to take a class at that same time, the 6th instructor must wait to get finish any of the class or he can take for some other time. The attendees mean -in a single room this number fo attendees can attend the online class. Like in this example- 10 Attendees means in each room maximum attendees can be 10 only.

Can I add extra rooms if I need in any of plan?

An absolute yes! You can always have an option to increase the rooms in your plan by paying some extra amount. You just send a request to support@blezgo.com, our team will help you with that.

Is bandwidth consumed- If my content is rendering from an external source like youtube?

An absolute No! If your content is rendering from an external source then your bandwidth will not be counted.

Is bandwidth consumed- When taking the online class?

An absolute No! Your bandwidth will not be count while you having the online class.

Can I integrate and install third-party APIs?

An absolute yes! Now, you can get integrated third-party APIs under integrations like Payment Gateways such as Stripe, PayPal, etc. Google Analytics, Bing, live chat apps like Tawk, Intercom, and message notifications like Twilio. The more will be continued to add in the future too.

What does ‘Batches’ in course mean?

BlezGo LMS has the flexibility to schedule batches according to the learners' and instructors' convenience. A batch enables you to have a series of multiple classes with specific start & end date and timing.

Does BlezGo charge a commission on any transaction happened?

No, BlezGo does not charge any commission on any transaction that happened on the platform. All paid amounts will directly come into your bank account through your payment gateway.

Does BlezGo fully search engine optimized?

Yes, BlezGo is fully searching engine optimized and we have taken care of all SEO aspects such as SEO tags, Social tags, and Meta tags.

Can I manage course details while sharing it on social networks?

Yes, you can manage and control the display settings of a course while sharing it on social networks.
